Here are 3 that are my Ride or Die Tips to get Bikini Ready!

1. Up Your Fiber Game!

Something that I cannot overstate enough is the importance of eating enough fiber when you are trying to look smoking hot in a bikini and shed some excess pounds.

Fiber is quite possibly my number one supplement for weight loss as it helps to delay the emptying of your stomach keeping you full and satisfied for longer periods of time.

It also helps to curb your ghrelin, which is the hunger hormone that tells your brain that you need to eat.

Consuming adequate amounts of dietary fiber can allow for easier weight loss and reduced hunger!

Great sources of fiber are nuts and seeds, leafy green vegetables and berries!

However I really love to take fiber gummies to make sure I get in my daily recommended amount of fiber and get bikini ready fast!

2. Cut the Crappy Carbs!

First of all let me just say that carbs are not the enemy like many people think they are these days.

You need carbs to function and have energy to do things like work out and fuel your day. However not all carbs are created equal!

Eating processed starchy carbs can stimulate the productions of insulin, the hormone that tells your body to store fat.

It also increases hunger and largely prevents stored body fat being accessed to be used as fuel and energy.

Starchy carbs with no nutritional value like breads, pastas, bagels, cookies, and crackers are loaded with extra sodium and preservatives that can contribute to water retention and bloating.

When I know I am going to be in a bikini I stop eating carbs after 4 p.m. and stick to lean protein for dinner for about 2 weeks and I can usually drop 5 pounds pretty quickly and if you fill up with protein you never feel hungry!

3. Embrace the Chia Seeds!

You guys know how much I LOVE Chia Seeds, but did you know that they are amazing to incorporate into your diet when you need to get bikini ready fast?

They help to support a healthy digestive system and also cleanse your body really quickly. If you happen to suffer from digestive issues and a sluggish metabolism and need help in the elimination department these can help you to be more regular and get a flat belly fast!

They help you feel full for a long period of time and prevent over eating because they can swell up to 15 times their original size in liquid.

My favorite way to get enough chia seeds is in the form of Chia seed pudding that I make the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight so the seeds swell up and make for a delicious breakfast!

I hope these tips have helped and if you want to know more sign up for my free Bikini Body Hacks E-book when it drops down on the screen!

Just keep in mind that the best thing you can wear is confidence as cheesy as it sounds, a confident attitude really is the best way to look and feel your best

Hit the beach already feeling like you are already the sexiest thing around!

    Hi Harriet!
Wow!! Timely post for me – I’m preparing for a vaca and your tips are so on point. I know how important it is for me to up my fiber game, but I struggle with it cuz I don’t really enjoy the taste. I have yet to found something with lots of fiber in it that taste yummy. I’m on the hunt so if you have a recommendation, plz share. 🙂 Thanks for this post. xo
