1 tablespoon of dried Goji Berries
1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon of Raw Honey
1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint for a little added pizzazz!
I love Goji Berries and they can be used in so many ways, I add them to mixed nuts to add a tangy and sweet taste to my afternoon pick me up snack.
I LOVE to add them to smoothies clearly and I also toss a few into my oatmeal for a little extra zing! I promise you will love this amazing superfood as much as I do, so go buy yourself some of these wonderful tangy berries and eat in any way you choose!
