Bikini season is just around the corner and I know that not everybody has been slaving away at the gym or keeping their diet totally on point and that’s ok, we are all human. Everybody is busy and we could all use an extra day between Sunday and Monday to get shit done(Amazing idea, maybe call it “Someday” and all of those things we said we would do “someday” we would actually get to do? Just a thought) but anyway this little E-book is your handy dandy tool to get bikini body ready in a pinch using some amazing tips and tricks I have learned over the years from studying diet and nutrition, working in the entertainment industry, being around Super Models that I always beg for diet secrets(other than snorting something up their nose, don’t do that, seriously) and also just being in the health and fitness business.

Living your life being a slave to a strict diet all the time or working out so hard you feel sick is not ok and I NEVER want anybody to do that, I’ve been there and it sucks!
