So I don’t know about you guys but I definitely always have a little bit of SMONDAY going on right now, you know the moment when Sunday stops feeling like Sunday and the anxiety of the impending Monday and new week kicks in!

Well have no fears because I am here to get give you some tips about healthy habits I feel like every girl should know about and have in their health and fitness arsenal! Here are some things I feel like are total non negotiable’s for being most fit and fabulous self!

    I love this! 2-4 totally resonate with me. I think that it’s so important to keep sharing these tips because they sometimes feel like common knowledge but I forget that not everyone watches a million documentaries or reads a million books on natural health like we do!
